Our Baby....

My fist ever Ultrasound.

6 weeks

I had my first ultrasound a couple of days ago.

My husband got to the appointment a little late. The Dr. was in a bit of a hurry so she saw me before my husband was there (I was upset at this) but she did tell me that she would see me again as soon as he showed up. I saw one little sack where the baby is going to start forming and the doctor talked to me for a quick second then asked if I wanted to wait for my husband in the waiting room. I walked into the waiting room and there he was (I was still very mad at him). My doctor called us back in and performed another ultrasound and my husband was amazed by this. The doctor kept looking around and said this "It looks like there might be another sack but it looks empty, you will have to wait until your next appointment.



So there is a slight chance of twins.

we will find out for sure in four looooooong weeks.



p.s. about my husband being late.... I did tell him that if he was ever late again I would not let the doctor re do an ultrasound for him. He better watch out with these pregnancy hormones hahah!

Wordless Wednesday.....

My bosses are making sure that I drink a lot of water since I usually dont.

They made me write down a number for every cup that I drink.

I am PREGNANT..

Our Lil Miracle.......



I had not been feeling good for a couple of days so I decided to take a cheap pregnancy test the day that af was due and it was negative. I acted like everything was okay at work and infront of Bren because he had no idea of my suspicions but as soon as soon as it was time for bed the tears came and they came fast.... (Bren was asleep by this time)



Three days later and still no af so I decided to take another test.... I woke up at 8:00am with a plan.. as soon as Bren went outside to feed our puppies I took another test and it was Positive...

remember Bren had no idea. Bren was in the laundry room starting a load of laundry and I just walked in with the positive test in my hand "Really" is what he said..he was basically speechless and I was shaking.



We have now known for a couple of days. Let me tell you guys that our plan of keeping it a secret for a while DID NOT WORK!!!



we got to excited and told. Everyone is very happy and that only adds to our excitement.





I am currently a little over a month pregnant.
we are looking at having a September Baby..



God is good!!

My Prescious Girls

These are cutest lil Cousins ever....





Believe it or not they are sisters from the same mom and dad.



Jimena is 6 years old

&

Janeli is 3 years old



They were my flower girls at the wedding.

They also stole the show with their crazy dancing.



I am very close to them because their parents usualy let them spend the night at my house for a week at a time. They live in the San Fernando Valley and they get to stay in Bakersfield for a week.. They never cry for mommy & Daddy.




I have taken them to Mexico for 2 weeks

and no cries. They love being around me




They are super sweet and they are the highlight of my day.

I Love/Hate my Job.....

Yes I am a eceptionist for a small law firm... I know when you hear that you think.. ahhhh!! a job of just answering phones, sitting at the front desk looking pretty all day.. right??









"yes" It is fun!! to have my sister visit me when my bosses are not in.

It is fun to work with an old friend named Yadira that I have known for at least 10 years and she is goofy just like me...

It is fun to get to play fight with her at the office

after work hours of course. No client would like to walk in to an office like this.

It is fun that your co-worker loves to take pictures just as much as you do. To top it off shes kinda good.. *wink* kinda

Yes its fun that your bosses are usually never in.. and that makes time to chat with your friends or get to browse the internet a couple of hours a day.

It only adds to it that there is a store just around the corner from the office.... meaning that we get to run over there while the bosses are not paying attention.

I get to practice my yoga... ahhh!!! are you starting to get jealous??

our bosses also walk in with starbucks or

McDonalds for us..

Our office is a fun place to be. we work for 30 year olds. they can be really cool.

Ohh almost forgot... we get to snack during work time.. I know cool huh!!

But our offices can also be annoying..

It is never the right temperature.. its either too cold or too hot and when we complain to the owners of the building, they get annoyed.

I say we pay rent so we can complain right...

It sucks when its your birthday and you are stuck at work.. dealing with annoying criminals... haha!!!

I always want to shoot myself when Yadira is not at the office...

But someone has to do all the dirty work.

and that would be us. We are lucky to have a job like the one we do. It is a blessing to still have a job when everyone else is loosing theirs.
