The Growing Belly...

I noticed that I sharted showing after 10 weeks..

12 weeks 5 Days. Ultrasound...

Baby Torigiani.


Well I had an appointment yesterday. It was just going to be a regular appointment like when you talk to your doctor for a little while about questions and how your feeling blah blah blah.....
so Bren didnt take time of work because he wanted to save his getting off early time for the ultrasound..

to my suprise my Dr. told me that she wanted to do an ultrasound because It had been 5 weeks since my last one. I LOVED THAT, but a lil sad that Bren was going to miss it.

During the ultrasound I was able to see the baby moving around waving his/her arms and legs. It was soooo sweet. The Dr. got the sound of the heartbeat going and I recorded it on my phone for Bren to listen to. I got some very cool pictures.

When I got home Bren was so excited to see the pictures and listen to the heartbeat but bummed that he had missed it.

next ultrasound is scheduled for April 10, only 4 weeks away from now. The BIG ultrasound to find out the gender.... ahhhhhh!!! exciting!!!

We are soooooo blessed.

Bren and I always knew that we would want to find out the gender of our baby. The idea of calling the baby by his/her name excites me every time. We have been blessed with a nice gesture by an OB who is a friend of my mother in law’s, she will do the gender ultrasound for us for FREE…. How exciting is that… she told me that I will be able to find out at 14 weeks, which is only 4 weeks away.

I can not wait to decorate the nursery I will definitely go all out on the decorating.
My co workers call me Betty Crocker or Martha Stewart because of my creativity.
That will be put to the test with the nursery.

I will be posting some nursery ideas that I have so far.

I praise god for blessing us with this little miracle.

Our little baby - 8 weeks

Our little baby is growing so fast.

At just 8 weeks I able to see the shape of his/ her little body. That was a precious sight. I was also able to listen to the heartbeat and I loved it. I can’t wait to see our baby again…. The only sad part was that Bren couldn’t be there because of work but I did have one of my very close friends ( since 1st grade in elementary school) It meant a lot to me that she could be there. Thanks Maribel  My mother in law tried to make it but because of her work schedule she didn’t make it in time but next time she will.

I am so thankful to god for this beautiful blessing!

6 weeks

I had my first ultrasound a couple of days ago.

My husband got to the appointment a little late. The Dr. was in a bit of a hurry so she saw me before my husband was there (I was upset at this) but she did tell me that she would see me again as soon as he showed up. I saw one little sack where the baby is going to start forming and the doctor talked to me for a quick second then asked if I wanted to wait for my husband in the waiting room. I walked into the waiting room and there he was (I was still very mad at him). My doctor called us back in and performed another ultrasound and my husband was amazed by this. The doctor kept looking around and said this "It looks like there might be another sack but it looks empty, you will have to wait until your next appointment.



So there is a slight chance of twins.

we will find out for sure in four looooooong weeks.



p.s. about my husband being late.... I did tell him that if he was ever late again I would not let the doctor re do an ultrasound for him. He better watch out with these pregnancy hormones hahah!

My bosses are making sure that I drink a lot of water since I usually dont.

They made me write down a number for every cup that I drink.
